A LITTLE BIT ABOUT MYSELF:I'm not an overweight girl. I played basketball since elementary school, went on jogs in my free time, and took swimming lessons each year. I was actually blessed to be in the healthy range all my life and so this is what makes my blog different from others. It won't be easy for me to shed pounds because I don't weight 200+ where the scale will drop dramatically. I was an athlete, so I know training drills and I know how to keep my body in shape. The only problem is, I didn't care to keep it in shape as I should have. I let eating habits and laziness get in the way. I'm not a professional, and everything I post comes from experience and from what I find on credible sites. This is a record of my journey to getting back the body I was born to have and it'll give me motivation for when I feel like reaching for that last slice of pizza. I will have my dream body soon enough, the healthy way.

Bust: 38" Goal Bust: 36"
Waist: 31.5" Goal Waist: 28"
Hips: 39.5" Goal Hips: 36"
I used to have weight goals but they were unrealistic in that I would purely just lose fat AND muscle. I want to tone up so measurements are better than pounds if you guys want to do that also!
